iPhone Tune Up

If you are the person that gets a new phone every time something shiny comes out or lose your phone every couple months, just move along. For the rest of us that keep their phones for more than a year, it might feel like it is running a bit slower than usual. Well do not fret and think that the whole thing needs to have a software development overhaul. There are a couple things that you can do right now to make it run much more smoothly. First of all, get rid of the apps that you do not use and are taking up space on your phone. Also clear the browsing history and cookies which are taking up space. Make sure that you delete your old messages too. In particular, photo and video texts take up space. Lastly, turn off the location services. This is important for speed, battery life and privacy. A lot of apps use location services to determine where you are, and it's generally not necessary.

  4. With the constant software and mobile application updates, it is not too hard to keep the phone for such a long time. Innovation has stalled a bit as far as hardware.
